Welcome to Slide3, the brainchild of our fearless founder, Dave Schuette. With over three decades of business experience and millions of PowerPoint slides under his belt – not to mention the PowerPoint stories he loves to share – Dave has a mantra: “Let’s just jump to slide 3.”

That’s because just like any good narrative, slide 3 is where the real story begins and the problem unfolds. It’s where the problem lies and what pulls you in, then clearly leads you to the aha of what life will look like when you level up your operational performance.

Dave Schuette

A Leader With Vision That Inspires Excellence

Dave has the insight to uncover the issues that prevent companies and individuals from maximizing their potential and the vision to enable them to breakthrough to exceptional results. During his 25-plus years’ experience as a business management executive in the technology, software, and consulting sectors, he has demonstrated the ability to create and implement disruptive business strategies. Dave has helped clients transform their execution to best serve all stakeholders from individuals to teams and customers. His ability to balance business with the needs of his teams has made him a sought-after advisor and mentor. and He founded Slide3 in 2018, seeing the need to guide businesses to perform, compete, and excel faster, bolder, and more profitably in a complex marketplace. A Top 25 Consultant of the Year Consulting Magazine award winner, Dave’s previous positions include leadership roles at public tech company Synchronoss Technologies, consulting firm Knowledgent which was acquired by Accenture, and Business Edge Solutions, a private company which was acquired by storage giant EMC. He lives in Flemington, NJ, with his wife Loren. When he’s not in the office, he’s likely to be found on his mountain bike or the ski slopes. He navigates the trails and slopes with the precision and strategy that mirrors his leadership of foresight and purpose at Slide3, ensuring that both his team and his clients thrive in an ever-evolving marketplace.

Blake Schuette

Elevating People and Business, Driving Bold Growth

Blake Schuette’s passion for understanding human behavior drives her commitment to helping clients achieve professional growth. As a co-founder of Slide3, this passion shaped the firm’s core values – delivering a highly personalized consulting experience where clients are treated as family, not just a number. She believes that real change begins with understanding people as individuals, enabling them to transform their professional environments and elevate operational performance. At Slide3, the team is more than “just” consultants... They are partners in success, supporting each other and clients like family. Collaboration and trust are at the heart of every project. Her background in global marketing and business analysis – previously at Intralinks, Inc. and Synchronoss – provided a strong foundation for her leadership at Slide3. Beyond her professional life, she finds joy in travel, flying airplanes, and spending time with her nephew, two nieces, and her Savannah cat, Hugo. Whether she's on a tennis court, ski slope, or in the kitchen creating culinary delights, Blake embraces life's adventures. Her experience teaching others to fly has only deepened her understanding of human behavior – laying the groundwork for the transformative work she does today at Slide3.

Kaeley Michaelson

Building Connections, Driving Transformation

At Slide3, relationship-building isn’t just a value – it’s a practice, and Kaeley Michaelson embodies that daily. Passionate about helping clients and organizations make an impact through technology and innovation, she brings diverse expertise spanning management consulting, enterprise sales, business development, and client experience. Her career path has shaped her unique ability to drive transformation across back, middle, and front office operations. At MuleSoft and Salesforce, she championed collaboration and connectivity to help clients achieve business goals while avoiding technology pitfalls. As a Director at Goodwin, she led global expansion efforts for the firm's technology platform. Her work at Synchronoss and Citi centered on strategic account management, client experience, and enterprise mobility solutions. Kaeley lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Daniel, and 2 sons. Beyond her professional achievements, Kaeley is deeply committed to giving back and serves on the Advisory Board of Little Essentials, a non-profit dedicated to supporting children in New York City living below the poverty line. A fun fact: Kaeley published her first coffee table book, Out East from Above, a book of aerial photography celebrating Montauk to Sag Harbor in the Hampton’s – the seaside resort on the South Fork of Long Island, NY. Co-authored with her sister, the book blends stunning drone shots with local tips, personal stories, and a dose of nostalgia. Whether she’s fostering community impact, creating stories that inspire connection, or leading corporate initiatives, Kaeley’s dedication to empowering others reflects her drive to bond with others and create meaningful change – both in business and beyond.

Charles Hudson

A Consultant and Leader Who Walks the Talk

Charles Hudson believes that great consultants don't dictate... they lead by example. His approach is rooted in guidance, support, and empowerment, ensuring clients gain the confidence to navigate challenges independently while knowing he's always there. With a background in software engineering and product management at firms like Quantum Photonics, AITalentFlow, and Healthmine, Charles offers a dual perspective blending structured problem solving with the human dynamics that drive meaningful change. Known for his calm demeanor and leadership capabilities, Charles helps clients refine their problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic execution, introducing new perspectives that redefine objectives. He applies his product management mindset to create structured frameworks that evolve through cross-functional team discussion and support and balance systemization with flexibility and open discourse. Charles understands that operational renovation is as much about people as about processes. There is one simple promise at the core of his work at Slide3: “We stick around. Consultancy isn't just about delivering recommendations. It's about ensuring lasting success.” Charles lives in Corpus Christi, Texas with his wife, Ashlea, 2 daughters, Adrianne and Ayden, and his son, Charles. At the Hudson home, guests are always welcome and can be guaranteed a Texas meal cooked by Ashlea and Charles. Whether guiding clients or welcoming guests, Charles understands that success is built on strong relationships, thoughtful leadership, and a deep commitment to people.

Alexis Carroll

Alexis Carroll, a results-driven professional committed to continuous learning and impactful problem-solving, thrives in environments that challenge her to refine processes and drive meaningful change. At Slide3, she fulfills those goals where she specializes in data analysis and process optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic insights that fuel continuous improvement. Whether developing workshop materials, analyzing complex datasets, or identifying efficiencies, her role is centered on transforming information into actionable solutions that enhance performance and create value for clients. Alexis chose Slide3 because of its culture of trust, development, and opportunity. She appreciates the dynamic nature of the client projects, the diversity of challenges, and the unwavering support from colleagues who complement each other's strengths. Originally from Philadelphia, now in Los Angeles, she embraces experiences that expand her perspective... road trips, historical explorations in which old-world architecture blends into the modern world, and live music. She’s seen over 100 acts ranging from the classics like Tom Petty and Cher to newer artists like Harry Styles and The Strokes. With a passion for continuous growth, she remains focused on delivering results while evolving professionally and personally.
